1. The subject of the contract is the supply of office supplies for the Provincial Multispecialist Oncology and Traumatology Center named after .M. Copernicus in Łódź. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Appendix No. 2 to this SWZ.

2. The subject of the contract includes 3 packages. The offer may include the entire order or selected packages. The offer for its validity in a given package must be made for all positions. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of tenders for items within the package.

3.
