This service contract consists of the provision of services as HR Project Interim Manager as described in the Terms of Reference (Part 5), in accordance with the provisions of the CSA.
Enabel implements the governmental cooperation of the Belgian State in its 14 partner countries. We also make our expertise available to other donors such as the EU. To do this, we must optimize our current HR resources and develop new digital and dynamic tools, integrated and accessible to all, for intuitive management of the different stages of the employee's professional life cycle within the company.
