1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of pick-up trucks.in the years 2023-2025
2. The requirements, quantities and a detailed description of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ and other tender documentation, which will be published on the website of the procedure https://portal.smartpzp.pl/2rblog
3. The contracting authority provides for the right of option in the proceedings in question in 2024 and 2025. The right of option means that the Ordering Party will definitely purchase a guaranteed quantity. The Contractor shall not be entitled to claim any claim against the Contracting Authority for optional deliveries. The Ordering Party shall present the quantities it will use under the option right by 29 February 2024 and 28 February 2025, respectively.
If the Ordering Party fails to meet the deadline specified above, delivery under an optional order will require the written consent of the Contractor.

Basic order: 2 pcs.
• In 2024:
Basic order: 120 pcs.
Optional order: 120 pcs.
• In 2025:
Basic order: 41 pcs
Optional order: 41 pcs.
