It will give rise to the conclusion of subsequent contracts; each lot will be awarded to a maximum of five economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders). Each lot will be the subject of a separate allocation. The purpose of this framework agreement is to award subsequent public contracts relating to the production of printing services for various media for the needs of the Pyrénées-Orientales department. The services concern the printing, shaping, packaging and delivery (carriage paid) of different types of products such as mainly: brochures, leaflets, posters, flyers, etc. The provisional start date for services is 1.7.2021.

Printing of supports by the use of digital machines type 36 x 52 (formats 32 x 46 to 36 x 52 cm) or equivalent with the exception of photocopiers and proofing plotters.

Printing of supports using sheetfed offset machines type 36 x 52 (formats 32 x 46 to 36 x 52 cm) or equivalent.

Printing of supports using sheetfed offset machines type 52 x 72 (Formats 45 x 64 to 54 x 74 cm) or equivalent.

Printing of supports using sheet-fed offset machines 72 x 102 (formats 64 x 90 to 74 x 104 cm) or equivalent.

Printing of posters and large format supports using machines larger than 36 x 52 (formats 36 x 52 to 120 x 160 and more) or equivalent, with the exception of proofing plotters.

Printing of supports using rotary offset machines 8 pages, 16 pages, 24 pages (and +) or equivalent.
