The purpose of this public European tender is to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor for each participating municipality (participant) separately. The participants are: Almelo, Borne, Dinkelland, Haaksbergen, Hellendoorn, Hof van Twente, Losser, Oldenzaal, Rijssen-Holten, Tubbergen, Twenterand and Wierden.

Indicated residents within these 12 municipalities in Twente will therefore be provided with stairlifts from 01-01-2023. The framework agreement has a duration of three years and a maximum of 4 years renewal options.

The municipality of Twenterand wants to award a contract to one contractor for delivery, installation, ready-to-use delivery, maintenance and removal of stairlifts. In this tender, the municipality of Twenterand also acts as coordinator for other municipalities (hereinafter referred to as 'participants'). Each participant concludes a framework agreement for himself.
