The tender contest concerns an agreement for services related to carpentry work with the accompanying material and the procurement of accompanying material for internal use in the municipality´s buildings and service production.

The work will be connected to the service area Culture and Society, especially the Building Management Department.

The contract includes carpentry work for 40 municipal buildings and approx. 80 homes. The scope can vary somewhat from year to year.

Material used in connection with the assignment and the material that the Contracting Authority wants to purchase for their own use shall be included in the contract. However, with reservations stated in point 1.3.

It may also be relevant for other departments to enter into the contract, including procurement of materials for internal use.

We will also be able to use the contract for new installations and alterations to existing installations, with the limitations that

are in the reservations.
