The subject of the contract are management and support services (Contract Engineer) as part of the implementation of the project entitled Construction of a nationwide platform of high quality and availability of public e-services in medical entities created and supervised by the Ministry of National Defense.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the method of its implementation is contained in Appendix No. 5 to SWZ – "Description of the subject of the contract". This description should be read together with changes in the content of the SWZ, which are, for example, the result of answers to contractors' inquiries.

The subject of this contract are management and support services (Contract Engineer) provided to the Leader, an entity indicated by the Leader and Project Partners,

to the extent and in accordance with the requirements described in the Description of the subject of the contract. The services provided by the Contract Engineer, which are the subject of this contract, are aimed at ensuring the launch of all Project products, the implementation of all tasks in the Project and the achievement of the Project objectives measured by means of indicators specified in the Project Documentation and taking into account the fact that the Leader prepares and announces separate procedures for e-Services together with the equipment and equipment of server room rooms necessary for the implementation of e-Services.
