This consultation is being conducted within the framework of an order group between Sète Agglopôle Méditerranée (Sam) and the drinking water supply syndicate of the cities of Frontignan, Balaruc les Bains and Balaruc le Vieux within the framework defined below. Sam exercises competences in the fields of drinking water, wastewater treatment, urban rainwater and the management of aquatic environments and flood prevention (Gemapi). Sam acts as project owner for all operations. The drinking water supply syndicate of the towns of Frontignan, Balaruc les Bains and Balaruc le Vieux is responsible for the distribution of drinking water in these three communes.
