The value of the procurement is estimated to be NOK7,900,000 excluding VAT. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

Sub-tenders/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR section 19-4, but has decided that it is not appropriate for this procurement. The contracting authority retains the right to accept all or parts of a tender.

Contract

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.

The contract period is from and including 2021-12-17.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with one supplier.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
