The subject of the Contract is the construction of a high-pressure gas pipeline DN400 MOP 2.5 MPa between Dąbrowa Górnicza and Szopienice, with a length of approx. 3.7 km together with a dam and discharge unit (ZZU Sokolska) with a branch of DN 200 with a length of approx. 25 m and a gas pipeline DN 400 on the section in the area of crossing Krakowska Street in Będzin with a length of approx. 42 m in Będzin and Sosnowiec to the area of Zuzanny Street in Sosnowiec.

Construction of the DN400 MOP 2.5 MPa high-pressure gas pipeline between Dąbrowa Górnicza and Szopienice, on the section from Krakowska Street in Będzin to the area of Zuzanny Street in Sosnowiec. 3.1. The subject matter of the Agreement includes, in particular:

1) construction:

a) high-pressure gas pipeline DN 400 with a length of approx. 3.7 km

b) dam-discharge unit (ZZU Sokolska)

c) gas pipeline DN 200 with a length of approx. 25m (branches from the gas pipeline at point a))

d) the DN 400 gas pipeline on the section in the area of crossing Krakowska Street in Będzin with a length of approx. 42m

in accordance with the design documentation (including, among others, Construction Design and Executive Design) entitled:

“Reconstruction of the gas pipeline of Dąbrowa Górnicza — Szopienice — Episode 1 -Będzin Krakowska Street — Sosnowiec Street Zuzanny TOM I — XI,

and the Detailed Designs attached to the Project - technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWIORB), which will be referred to jointly as the Project (Project) in the further part of the Contract. The above-mentioned joint obligation will be the subject of the Agreement (Subject of the Agreement) - which should be understood as the execution of construction works, necessary checks and start-ups and commissioning of the gas pipeline.

2) Purchase and development of two DN 400 linear compensators in the locations indicated on the land development plan in the Project and in accordance with the Guidelines of the Project which will be subject to development under the Subject of the Agreement,

3) Dismantling and utilization of the existing DN 400 gas pipeline in places where the gas network under construction will follow the rebuilt line of the current gas pipeline in accordance with the Project,

4) Implementation of passive and active corrosion protection of the gas network under construction,

5) Carrying out works related to the exclusion from operation of the DN 400 gas pipeline between Dąbrowa Górnicza and Szopienice in stages (in accordance with the Detailed Design),

6) Carrying out in stages (in accordance with the Detailed Design) switching and commissioning works of the Subject of the Agreement, including the delivery of start-up media and necessary materials for switching,

7) Execution of all necessary arrangements, tests and checks, including before the relevant public administration bodies to issue a decision on the Use Permit,

8) Obtaining on behalf of the Ordering Party final decisions on the use permit,

9) Commissioning of the gas pipeline together with the infrastructure necessary to operate it,

10) Preparation of acceptance and as-built documentation.

11) construction and installation of two information boards and one commemorative plaque in connection with the co-financing of the project from EU funds
