Prevention and early intervention and pre-court diversionary services for those who may be at risk of becoming, or are involved with the criminal justice system.

Lot 1: Diversionary support services for adult women (18+) consisting of two elements:

• The offer of a community-based support service on a voluntary basis, to adult women who may be at risk of entering the Criminal Justice System or who are known to North Yorkshire Police;

• A mandatory pre-court diversionary support service for adult women at point of arrest or voluntary attendance at police custody.

Lot 2: Diversionary Support Services for men, primarily aged 18-25 consisting of two elements:

• The offer of a community-based support service on a voluntary basis to men, primarily aged 18-25 who may be at risk of entering the Criminal Justice System or who are known to North Yorkshire Police.

• A mandatory pre-court diversionary support service for males, primarily aged 18-25, at point of arrest or voluntary attendance at police custody.

Lot 3: a diversionary engagement and support service for young people aged 10 -17 who may be at risk of entering the Criminal Justice System.
