The present turnkey contract includes all deliveries and works in connection with the establishment of a complete, turnkey heating station for the supply of Øster Bjerregrav and Over Fussing, west of Randers. The deliveries include a technical building, a minimum 3.4 MW air-to-water heat pump system – which uses CO2 as refrigerant – with energy recorders and transformers, an approx. 1.4 MW 400 V electric boiler, complete piping systems for both primary and secondary side with all necessary valves, transmitters, out-bleeders, circulation pumps - including transmission pumps - as well as partial flow filter, water priming system, complete electrical installation for the heating central.

The Invitation to Tender is conducted as a Negotiated Procedure with a prior call for tenders, which means that only candidates who are invited to submit tenders may participate in the bidding.

After evaluation of the initial tenders, the contracting entity will, if deemed necessary, enter into negotiations with selected tenderers, who will then be asked to submit a final tender.

The contracting entity reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial tenders.
