The project to bypass the town of Le Locle is a new development and consists of a tunnel avoidance via the North (a two-way tube with a safety gallery), which begins at Col-des-Roches station and ends at the existing junction of Crêt-du-Locle. The scope of the study includes the entire Locle bypass (N20), including its connection to the local road network (cantonal and municipal roads).

The subject of this call for tenders relates to construction services, decontamination and deconstruction of existing buildings and the development of a storage platform at Col-des-Roches. This work is part of the preparatory work for the Locle bypass project, which will eventually allow the construction of the new planned road facilities.
