Contracting authorities and contractors in this tender are the following individual organisations:

Theater Koningshof in Maassluis en Stroomopwaarts, the implementing company of the municipalities of Maassluis, Schiedam and Vlaardingen for the Work and Income section and the Werkleerbedrijf are independent organizations but fall under the contract of the municipality of Maassluis. These two organizations must receive the payment invoices directly.

The supply of renewable electricity for all connections of the Contracting Authorities referred to in paragraph 1.7.

Based on the consumption data for the calendar year 2022 and the standard annual consumption of the network manager, the annual purchasing requirement has been defined:
