The project concerns the thermal rehabilitation of the "CACHIN" residence on an occupied site, consisting of 110 housing units spread over 4 buildings. It aims to improve the quality of life, attractiveness and beautification of the residence. The work also concerns the safety of the dwellings and common areas, the envelope (insulation, replacement of windows, etc.), renovation of the damp rooms in particular.
