The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of photovoltaic installations and heat pumps in the municipalities of Żurawica, Przemyśl and Stubno, which is implemented as part of the project "Renewable energy for the Municipality of Żurawica, Przemyśl, Stubno".

1. "Delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations in the municipalities of Żurawica, Przemyśl and Stubno", including: 1) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation of 464 sets of photovoltaic installations held by the Ordering Party, on residential facilities and on the ground together with a structure adapted to the place of assembly for the municipalities of Żurawica, Przemyśl and Stubno, 2) execution in each location, no later than 60 days after signing the contract with the Ordering Party, inventory of buildings from which the Protocols of Assembly Arrangements will be drawn up with the possibility of scaling marked in the graphic program, roof plans with the location of photovoltaic modules and / or with a plan of the area with the installation site marked on the ground and the course of the DC and AC cable route. 3) delivery and assembly of structures for PV modules, 4) delivery and assembly of brand new, not older than PV modules manufactured in 2022, 5) delivery and assembly of brand new inverters / DC / AC inverters produced in 2022, 6) excavation in the ground to the required depth, in the event that the photovoltaic panels will be located outside the building, in which the main switchboard will be located at a distance of up to 25 meters in a straight line, with the proviso that the excavation of more than 25 meters long belongs to the resident, 7) laying cable routes, grounding and cables from PV panels to the inverter and wires from the inverter to the electrical switchboard 8) installation of the switchgear for photovoltaics (DC and AC side) along with the grounding of the installation (the value of the earth resistance should reach <10 Ohm), 9) DC switchgear equipment (surge protector, DC fuse disconnector) 10) AC switchgear equipment (fuse disconnector, surge protector, circuit breaker) 11) installation tests and checking the proper operation of the apparatus, 12) system start-up and adjustments, 13) measurements of electrical installations required by relevant regulations, 14) configuration of all inverters, connection to the user's Internet network (in the absence of the user's Internet permanent Internet connection at the place of locating the inverter, the costs of providing coverage are covered by the User, in the event of a complete lack of an Internet network at the User, the requirement is to equip the User with a module that allows in the future to connect to the Internet.) and integration into a single system to monitor energy production, environmental benefits and control the operation of photovoltaic installations from the system level. The system must be available for stationary and mobile devices on the iOS and Android platforms, devices monitoring the operation of the system should be able to communicate with a dedicated server on which the intended data will be saved, 15) training of facility managers and users in the operation and use of photovoltaic installations made as part of this proceeding, 16) preparation of documentation for reporting the connection of micro-installations to the power grid regional DSO, 17) making the necessary holes and mounting culverts for the introduction of devices, 18) sealing holes and mounting culverts after introduction. 2. Delivery and installation of heat pumps in the municipalities of Żurawica, Przemyśl and Stubno including: 1) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation held by the Ordering Party of 283 pieces of heat pumps in residential buildings with accessories for the municipalities of Żurawica, Przemyśl and Stubno, 2) execution in each location, no later than 60 days after signing the contract with the Ordering Party, inventory of buildings, from which the Protocols of Assembly Arrangements will be drawn up with the plans of the room/rooms with the location of the DHW storage tank and other elements of the PC installation and the course of the wires of the central heating, z.w., dh.c. installations, from the heat pump to the existing installation, 3) installation of air ducts, 4) connection of the HOT WATER heater (heat pump) to the existing DHW installation, circulation of DHW and z. w.w., 5) installation of fittings, devices and other elements according to the technological diagram, 6) installation of the control system, 7) rinsing and pressure tests of the installation, 8) filling of the installation, 9) commissioning of the installation, 10) training of users in the principles of proper operation of the heat pumps made along with the development of detailed operating instructions and their transfer to users, 11) replenishment and sealing of losses after transitions wires, execution of cold water installation pipes, hot central heating and electrical necessary to connect to the designed system. 2.
