The City of Kemi will apply for your offer regionally as a joint procurement of disabled persons under the Disability Services Act (Act on Disability Services and Support 1987/380) and Social Welfare (1301/2014), in accordance with this call for tenders and its annexes. The call for tenders concerns a transport service under the Disability Service Act (VPL) in the municipalities of Kemi, Keminmaa, Tervola, Tornio and Ylitorni. In the municipalities of Keminmaa, Tornio and Ylitornio, the acquisition also includes personal transport services under the Social Welfare Act (SHL). Procurement procedure:
This is a joint framework agreement where each participating municipality takes its own purchasing decision. Framework agreements are concluded with all the operators / groups that meet the quality requirements of the call for tenders and accept the price conditions indicated in the invitation to tender.
