When establishing this framework agreement, the contracting entity wishes to have the opportunity to recruit subject-specific project specialists for the entire Energinet. There is an ongoing need to involve consultancy services to solve various tasks, both of a shorter and long-term nature, within Energinet's construction and operation projects for the Danish gas, oil and electricity grid.
The type of consultant who is in demand for this framework agreement varies from time to time and is dependent on the specific task formulation, but has generally been divided into these 8 sub-agreements:

Health and safety consultantBy establishing this framework agreement, Energinet wishes to have the opportunity to acquire consultancy in the role of Working Environment Consultant in all phases from design (technical design) to construction phase, commissioning and start-up for Energinet's construction and operational projects of both shorter and longer duration.
The purpose of the function as Working Environment Consultant is to ensure that considerations for working environment, safety and the environment are included in all phases of the implementation, including ensuring compliance with Energinet's duties (legislation) and requirements.

ByggepladslederWhen establishing this framework agreement, Energinet wishes to have the opportunity to acquire consultancy services in the role of Site Manager for Energinet's construction and operational projects of both shorter and longer duration.
The purpose of the function as Construction Site Manager is to ensure the establishment of facilities and ensure implementation according to plans, described quality and agreed economy, so that the operating organization can take over the plant for operation without defects and delays in the desired quality. The consultant will act as site manager on selected projects and be responsible for the organization and safety of the construction site in a complex construction and operation project where several contractors work in parallel.

KvalitetskonsulentWhen establishing this framework agreement, Energinet wishes to have the opportunity to acquire consultancy services in the role of Quality Consultant for Energinet's construction and operational projects of both shorter and longer duration.
The purpose of the function as Quality Consultant is to ensure that construction and operational projects are carried out in accordance with Energinet's Governance, so that they can be handed over to the operating organization for operation, in the desired quality with all associated
documentation.

PlannerWhen establishing this framework agreement, Energinet wishes to have the opportunity to acquire consultancy services in the role of Planner for Energinet's construction and operational projects of both shorter and longer duration.
The purpose of the function as Planner is to ensure a planner who can be included in all phases according to the company's project model, primarily in the phases maturation, establishment and completion, where it is in establishment that the greatest work lies.

Document ControllerWhen establishing this framework agreement, Energinet wishes to have the opportunity to acquire consultancy services in the role of Document controller for Energinet's construction and operational projects of both shorter and longer duration.
The purpose of the function as Document controller is to ensure that project documentation is received at the right time and in the right quality and reviews the agreed Review processes from the start of the project to the transfer of as-built documentation to the operation (Asset).

Project assistant and coordinatorBy establishing this framework agreement, Energinet wishes to have the opportunity to acquire consultancy services in the role of Project Coordinator or Project Assistant for Energinet's construction and operational projects of both shorter and longer duration.
The purpose of the function as Project Coordinator or Project Assistant is to ensure that the person is included in all phases from project maturation through project establishment to project completion. It must be ensured that the work is carried out according to the company's project model, including described quality, etc., so that the operating organization can take over the plant in the desired quality with all associated documentation.

TegnespecialistWhen establishing this framework agreement, Energinet wishes to have the opportunity to acquire consultancy services in the role of Drawing Specialist for Energinet's construction and operational projects of both shorter and longer duration.
The purpose of Tegnespecialisten is to prepare drawings and documents in connection with the establishment and conversion of plants to the Danish electricity grid, gas and oil system, as well as support the project team in handling / coordinating documentation and sending documents internally and externally.

ArbejdsmiljøauditorBy establishing this framework agreement, Energinet wishes to have the opportunity to acquire consultancy services in the role of Working Environment Auditor in all phases from design (technical design) to establishment phase, commissioning and start-up in Energinet's construction and operational projects of both shorter and longer duration.
The purpose of the working environment auditor function is to ensure that adequate and adequate verification activities are carried out, including audits on Energinet's building and construction projects, so that compliance with Energinet's obligations (legislation) and requirements is followed up on whether the suppliers ensure compliance with Energinet's obligations (legislation) and requirements.
