Grounds and gardens maintenance service, to include the general maintenance of grassed areas, the maintenance of flowers, shrubs, hedges, and trees, litter picking and weed killing for Trust retained estate only.

The duration of the contract will initially be for 36 months with an option to extend for 2 further periods of 12 months.
