The Home Office, represented by the IICSA, is seeking to procure a fully managed service to facilitate a first public hearing in September 2016, as well as future hearings which will be conducted periodically over the next 5 years. The requirement can be summarised into the following key components:

— Transcription services;

— Evidence presentation software and support services;

— Audiovisual services, including support for relevant special measures;

— Video-recording of proceedings, including live-streaming;

— Managed service;

— Information handling;

— IT and Security.
