The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency would like tenders for the following 7 separate geographical areas; Finnmark, Troms, Nordland, Mid-Norway (Nord-Trøndelag, Sør-Trøndelag, Møre og Romsdal), West-Norway (Hordaland, Rogaland, Sogn og Fjordane), East-Norway (Hedmark, Oppland, Buskerud, Akershus, Oslo, Østfold) and South-Norway (Vestfold, Telemark, and the Adger counties).

The number of call-offs in the contract period will depend on which properties are freed from military use in the period, as well as other public property occupiers' orders of the contracting authority's services.

The estate agent is to assist the contracting authority under parts of or all of the process from planning and preparing sales objects, to the residence/property being sold and the estate agent has carried out the settlement with registration of the deeds etc.

The expected turnover (broker fee) per geographical area is given below. Amount in NOK excluding VAT, total turnover over 4 years. Emphasis is put on the fact that this is an estimate and is in no way binding.

Finnmark: NOK 800,000.

Troms: NOK 1,360,000.

Nordland: NOK 560,000.

Mid-Norway: NOK 560,000.

West.Norway: NOK 1,360,000.

East- Norway: NOK 3,600,000.

South-Norway: NOK 1,360,000.
