Hillerød Vand A/S (Hillerød Vand) conducts a negotiated procedure with a prior call for tenders for a turnkey contract with partnering for the design, construction and commissioning of a new waterworks, called Solrødgård Waterworks. The new waterworks will be located at Solrødgårds Allé, 3400 Hillerød.

Hillerød Vand A/S (Hillerød Vand) has for more than 100 years supplied water to citizens in large parts of Hillerød Municipality as well as a large number of major industrial customers.

To ensure that Hillerød Vand can continue to supply water in the future and to meet the increasing need for drinking water and ensure sustainable and cost-effective water production, Hillerød Vand hereby offers the design, construction and commissioning of a new waterworks, called Solrødgård Waterworks. The new waterworks will be located at Solrødgårds Allé, 3400 Hillerød.

Solrødgård WaterWorks will be established at an annual capacity of at least 3.0 million cubic meters of drinking water, with the possibility of expansion up to 4.0 million cubic meters of drinking water as well as an expected treatment capacity of approx. 750 cubic meters per hour and new clean water tanks with an expected total container volume of approx. 3,000 cubic meters. Solrødgård WaterWorks must be in operation no later than 01 December 2025.

Solrødgård WaterWorks is offered as a turnkey contract with dismemberment, as Hillerød Vand wants a close collaboration with the turnkey contractor and its sub-consultants and contractors throughout the project and not least in the design phase. In this way, it is expected that all parties contribute their knowledge and competencies to the collaboration and the overall project with a uniform focus on goals and success criteria.
