Building and inventory insuranceThis summary provides tenderers with a quick overview of the main cornerstones of this invitation to tender for Lot 1. - Insured hazards
The insured dangers for buildings are fire, tap water, storm / hail and in the inventory area additional burglary.
For some objects (see Annex 1/3) there is also a glass breakage insurance.
- Elementarschadenversicherung
Offers including natural hazard insurance for floods/floods, earthquakes, subsidence/landslides and snow pressure/avalanches are expected. No insurance cover is only desired for the two municipalities of Holzbach (pos. 71-77) and Niederkumbd (pos. 167-173). All other objects should be insured against natural hazards.
This provides for the following deductibles:
a) Flood/flood ZÜRS category 1 and 2 EUR 25,000.00 ZÜRS category 3 EUR 50,000.00 ZÜRS category 4 no insurance cover b) Earthquake deductible EUR 50,000.00 c) Subsidence / landslide Deductible EUR 25,000.00 d) Snow pressure/avalanches Deductible EUR 5,000.00 - general deductibles (without natural hazard insurance)
Offers must be made without a deductible.
In natural hazard insurance, the aforementioned deductibles must be agreed.
- Insurance values / risk information
The insured values are attached in Appendix 1/3 as a list and as an Excel file.
Insurance value is the replacement value.
In inventory insurance, the sums determined (on the basis of the purchase prices) were always adjusted to the price development by means of an index procedure.
- List of places of insurance (Appendix 1/3)
The annual gross premiums (including insurance tax) and the ZÜRS category must be entered in the object lists.
The first classification is binding for the contractual relationship between insurer and policyholder. If ZÜRS categorisations change over the course of the term of the contract, these do not affect the classification in the insurance contract. In the event of a change in the ZÜRS category, the insurer may request a corresponding change in the contract by terminating a change. This list (Excel file) must also be kept by the insurer during the term of the contract.
All changes shall be included in the list. The individual premiums, divided into building and inventory insurance, are then to be included in the list. The list provides the basis for invoicing. If the addresses in the list of insurance locations are already assigned ZÜRS categories, it is nevertheless the task of the bidder to check their correctness.

The following services shall be offered:
- Timely processing of damages
- Designation of fixed contact persons in the area of claims and operations
- 1 per year Holding of meetings on contractual and risk relationships
- Non-mandatory elements of the special conditions
For these items, point 3 of the offer sheet must be completed.
In the case of the non-mandatory components, the bidder can choose whether he does not offer them at all, in full, i.e. as advertised, or whether he makes a textually and content-related slightly different solution (then on a separate attachment) the subject of his offer.
