The purpose of the contract is to entrust one or more holders with the provision of packaging and transport services, installation, hanging and basement of works, as well as the framing of works for the two temporary exhibitions entitled " Asian migration" and " I Have a Family" which will be presented to the public from October 10, 2023 until February 11, 2024 inclusive (provisional dates) in the EPPPD spaces. 4 lots

This lot consists of organizing and carrying out the following services: the manufacture and handling of packaging, the organization of convoys, the outward transport, the transport of the works in the exhibition room, the unpacking, the installation only of certain works whose weight is important (including one in possible additional service), the return of all empty packaging for storage during the period of presentation of the exhibitions, the dismantling of the installed works, the repackaging of all the works after the closing of the exhibitions, the return transport, as well as the unpacking of the works at the lenders

This lot consists in carrying out the installation and secure hanging of works from the exhibitions and, if necessary, the prior equipment of these works, in the presence of any conveyors, for some works their installation on the ground, as well as their dismantling after the closing of the exhibitions and in the presence of any conveyors

This lot consists in carrying out the installation of works from the exhibitions after the manufacture of their bases in the two exhibitions, for their presentation in showcases or on joinery supports (pedestals, sidewalks), flat or vertically, but also the preparation of neutral cardboard supports for graphic works of art to be positioned in showcases

This lot consists in framing works belonging exclusively to one of the two exhibitions presented (" Asian migrations"), on the premises of the holder or in a room made available by the establishment.
