The order consists in the purchase of electricity for the operation of buildings and utility installations of Zakład Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Sp. z o.o. in Myszków.
1. The order consists in the purchase of electricity for the purpose of operating the buildings of facilities and utility installations of Zakład Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Sp. z o.o. in Myszków.
2. The amount of electricity expected to be consumed during the term of the contract shall be 2 841 MWh.
3. Energy metering and settlement systems are adapted to the energy balancing market in B23 and C22B tariffs. Energy metering and settlement systems in the C11 tariff have standard, traditional meters and are not adapted to the balancing market.
4. The Ordering Party is not obliged to present plans for daily and hourly supply and to report commercial schedules for energy.
5. The Distribution System Operator is Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. Kraków
6. The supply of electricity will take place under the conditions set out in the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 and generally applicable provisions of law.
7. The Contractor is obliged to issue invoices to the Ordering Party for the consumed energy within the following periods:
7.1. up to 5 working days from the provision of measurement data by the DSO for a given settlement period,
or
7.2. up to 15 working days after the end of the billing period in the event of failure to provide the Seller with complete or correct measurement data by the DSO or the Buyer.
8. The Contractor shall send the Ordering Party an e-mail notification about the issuance of an electronic invoice to the following e-mail address: sekretariat@zwik-myszkow.pl
9. The Ordering Party declares that it has a legal title to use the facilities to which electricity is to be supplied indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ - List of electricity consumption points with PPE numbers and energy consumption.
10. The Ordering Party declares that it is the final buyer within the meaning of the provisions of the Excise Duty Act.
11. ATTENTION! The price specified in the Contractor's offer must include all costs related to the implementation of the contract, including excise duty and VAT.
