The provision of services will be situated in the field of public economic law (public procurement, PPP, general administrative law, etc.). The content of the assignment includes financial advice and support in the preparation, market survey, negotiation and conclusion of assignments and agreements in the context of PPP (in particular DBFM assignments) for the realization of infrastructure, the provision of infrastructure or for services provided by a private party on the basis of infrastructure to be realized by it. This includes financial advice and support in the preparation of assignment documents, DB(F)M agreements, support in negotiations, assessment of nominations and tenders, punctual advice, etc.
