The subject of this contract is the construction works in the framework of the project “Modernization of the district heating system with the elimination of low emissions in the city of Bytom in the years 2019-2023" - Contract V — Modernization of district heating networks (2021). The project is co-financed by the Cohesion Fund under the Infrastructure and Environment Operational Programme 2014-2020 Priority Axis I Reducing the emissivity of the economy, Action 1.7 Comprehensive elimination of low emissions in the Silesian province Subaction 1.7.2 Effective heat and cold distribution in the Silesian Voivodeship.

Part A

Z5A.14 “Replacement of thermal insulation at the 2 DN 700 Clipping Magistral on the site of the former EC Szombierki at Kosynierów Street in Bytom”

Part B

Z5A.17, Z5B.17 “Connection to the district heating network of the building at 6.6 Wrocławska Street in Bytom”.

The subject of this contract is the construction works in the framework of the project “Modernization of the district heating system with the elimination of low emissions in the city of Bytom in the years 2019-2023" - Contract V — Modernization of district heating networks (2021).

Part A includes the task Z5A.14 Replacement of thermal insulation at the 2 DN 700 Spining Magistral on the site of the former EC Szombierki at Kosynierów Street in Bytom”.

The scope of the construction works includes the replacement of the thermal insulation on the overhead heating network 2 x DN 700 with a length of about 407 m (or 814 m pipe) along with the repair and anti-corrosion protection of steel structures.

A detailed description of the item of the order is contained in Part II of the SWZ — OPZ, together with the annexes.

Order execution dates.

1.The Parties shall set the following dates for the implementation of the subject of the

(a) The commencement of construction works will occur no later than 7 days after the acquisition of the construction site.

(b) The supply of the material shall be reported for receipt after the acquisition of the construction site and after the conditions laid down in the ZPK are fulfilled.

c) Technological work preparedness for heat should be carried out and reported for reception - by 15.10.2021.

(d) Completion of the subject matter of the contract, including final work must be performed and reported for receipt up to 6 months after the conclusion of the contract,

2. The Contracting Authority shall set a time limit for the commencement of the reception activities and notify the Contractor in writing or in the form of an e-mail up to 5 days after receipt of the notification, indicating the place and date of commencement of the receipt of the request.

3. The Contractor shall be drawn up by the Contractor:

(a) a protocol without comments - the basis for invoice issuing,

(b) the Notes Protocol - not constituting a basis for invoice, not resulting in the accrual of contractual penalties,

(c) a negative result protocol - not a basis for invoice issuing, resulting in contractual penalties after exceeding the deadlines of implementation.

The subject of this contract is the construction works in the framework of the project “Modernization of the district heating system with the elimination of low emissions in the city of Bytom in the years 2019-2023" - Contract V — Modernization of district heating networks (2021).

Part B includes the task Z5A.17, Z5B.17 “Connection to the district heating network of the building at 6.6 Wrocławska Street and in Bytom”. The scope of construction works includes the execution of a heating network connection 2 x DN 40/110 with a length of approximately 88.0 m and the construction of a heat node with a capacity of QCO 100 kW

Order execution dates.

1. The Parties shall set the following dates for the implementation of the subject of the

(a) The commencement of construction works will occur no later than 7 days after the acquisition of the construction site.

(b) The supply of the material shall be reported for receipt after the acquisition of the construction site and after the conditions laid down in the ZPK are fulfilled.

(c) Technological work enabling heat to customers should be carried out and reported for receipt by 15.09.2021.

(d) Final work should be carried out and reported for receipt by 15.11.2021.

(e) Completion of the subject of the contract — up to 7 months after the conclusion of the contract,
