This procedure concerns the Architecture and Engineering Service of the Technical-Economic Feasibility Project, developed according to the indications contained in the Design Guidance Document, in accordance with Legislative Decree 36/2023, of the compendium called "Creative Hangars".

The contract consists of a single lot, in consideration of the nature of the award, which requires a unitary development up to the urban scale, also in function of cost containment and the achievement of economies of scale, the subsequent implementation of which will take place through the form of the Construction Concession. In view of the complexity and articulation of the design and of the procedures and timing of the ERDF Funds '21-'27, it is mandatory to develop the design, in addition to some common documents, from two distinct, autonomous and complete elaborations relating to consecutive deliveries, called "Project Status A" (corresponding to the cofinan projects

The total cost of the intervention, as estimated by the Contracting Authority, is € 21,742,880.00 and includes the amount for works and safety estimated at € 434,858.00;

The fee for carrying out the activities envisaged for the Technical and Economic Feasibility Project of the Creative Hangar project amounts to a total of € 1,493,825.96 including expenses, determined at 10%, and net of VAT and any social security charges due.

By virtue of Law no. 49 of 21 April 2023 on fair compensation, these fees can be reduced during the tender only for the part relating to expenses, therefore, the basic amount of the auction subject to reduction is € 149,382.59.

The administration reserves the right to entrust the service of drafting the executive design to the contractor pursuant to art. 120 paragraph 1 letter a) of Legislative Decree 36/2023, therefore the total value of the contract amounts to € 1,849,398.5
