The objective of the contract to be tendered is: to provide for a new lawfully concluded agreement as of 1 August 2023 with an independent auditor for the adequate audit of the annual accounts of ROC Ter AA, including the necessary reporting, where efficiency, effectiveness, expertise, transparency and legislation and regulations are guaranteed through the deployment of an experienced team with sufficient knowledge.

In addition, the accountant has a natural advisory function to advise ROC Ter AA, solicited and unsolicited. The Contractor may also be asked to carry out additional activities such as specific further (verification) assignments.

Based on the current costs, the size of the contract is estimated at approximately € 80,000 including VAT per year. No rights can be derived from this amount.

The budget for the annual accounts and funding audit is set at € 100,000 including VAT per year.

No rights can be derived from these figures. The scope of the contract has been determined as accurately as possible. If the specified size is realized earlier than the end date of the framework agreement, the contract will be (prematurely) re-tendered.
