Construction of a new children's and youth hospice

The building is a free-standing, single-storey, two-story building without a basement. Due to the size of the care facility, according to the Bavarian building regulations, it is a special building, building class 3. The property, which is freely accessible from all sides, slopes down diagonally at storey height to the south. The ground floor and parts of the upper floor are made of solid construction: the floor slab is a load-bearing reinforced concrete slab. Wall on the slope side in the north WU concrete, here the existing site connects to the upper floor at ground level. Load-bearing walls including outer walls on the ground floor and partly on the upper floor as reinforced concrete walls according to static requirements.
