Purpose of the contract (see Article 2-1 of the Regulation of Consultation), this contract is a contract for intellectual services executed partly within the framework of a fixed price mission (firm tranche) and partly through successive issuance of purchase orders (optional tranche). The main purpose of the contract is to carry out a project management assistance mission for the scheduling, management and coordination of projects in the territory of Le Havre Seine Métropole, between 2021 and 2027.

Form of the contract (see Article 2-3 of the Regulation of the Consultation), this consultation will result in a mixed price contract:

— a lump sum part for the closed tranche by notification of a service order;

— a unit price party by issuing successive purchase orders for the optional band in accordance with Articles R. 2162-2, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code without minimum amount or maximum amount.
