By concluding framework agreements, the contracting authority aims to provide participants with high-quality ICT professionals at a competitive rate for temporary assignments by concluding Additional Agreements, whereby the aim is also to develop these ICT professionals to a starting level with which the ICT professional can enter the employment of the relevant Participant at the end of the hiring period. To this end, the Contracting Authority wishes to conclude framework contracts with four (4) tenderers who have submitted the most economically advantageous tender on the basis of the best price-quality ratio in this procedure. The future contractors, as well as the services to be provided by these contractors, must comply with the conditions specified in the tender document.

The estimated value is 30,000,000 in four years. This is the estimate based on the current state of affairs.
