The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of logging and resorting, forest development: forest breeding, forest protection, protection of forest, seed, nursery, meadow and agricultural management and tourist development to be carried out in the Forest District of Rozady in 2022.

The subject of the order was divided into V independent Packages (parts)

The performance of services, in particular, concerns the harvesting and breaking of timber, forest development and meadow and agricultural management and tourism development, as described in Annex No 3.1.1., 3.2.1., 3.3.1., 3.4.1. to the SWZ.

The place of implementation of the subject of the order will be the administrative area of the Forest District of Rozady.
