The subject of the contract is a service for the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the commune of Zawadzkie in the period from January 1, 2020 to June 30, 2020 consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste selectively collected by owners of real estate resident from the area Zawadzkie commune in the period from January 1, 2020 to June 30, 2020.
The subject of the contract is a service for the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the commune of Zawadzkie in the period from January 1, 2020 to June 30, 2020 consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste selectively collected by owners of real estate resident from the area Zawadzkie commune in the period from January 1, 2020 to June 30, 2020.
Collection and transport will cover:
1) directly from the property:
a) glass and glass packaging,
b) paper and cardboard as well as paper and cardboard packaging,
c) multi-material packaging,
d) plastics and plastic packaging,
e) biodegradable municipal waste, including biodegradable packaging waste and green waste,
f) metals and metal packaging,
g) ash,
h) mixed municipal waste,
i) bulky waste excluding construction and demolition waste and debris (1 collection during the contract period);
2) expired drugs from designated points;
3) chemicals from designated points;
4) in the mobile collection system:
a) waste batteries and accumulators,
b) waste electrical and electronic equipment,
c) furniture and other bulky waste,
d) worn tires (from passenger cars),
e) construction and demolition waste (roofing felt and polystyrene) generated in the household (waste code 17 09 04 - Mixed construction, renovation and dismantling waste other than those mentioned in 17 09 01, 17 09 02 and 17 09 03).
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is described in Annex 1 to the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as SIWZ) and constitutes its integral part.
