The service can be very diverse, both in terms of the size of the assignment and in the service. It includes designing up to and including monitoring the realization of a complete or part of a bicycle highway, a specific (smaller) bicycle infrastructure project, but also drawing up and / or executing an action or layout plan for low-traffic routes where the focus is on the making existing roads more bicycle-friendly.

Generally, the service process can be divided into the following phases, whereby the ordering entity can order a specific service for one or more phases:

- mobility procedure and preliminary design phase,

- phase design,

- permits phase,

- tender phase,

- phase execution.
