1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of technological equipment. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will be required to provide equipment and perform delivery services described in the ToR and annexes that make up the subject of the contract as part of task 52093 under the name Construction of the Cargo transhipment port at Powidz airport.

2. The order has been divided into lots.

a) battery-operated high lift forklift - 2 pcs,

b) 2t battery forklift truck - 4 items
