The subject of the order is delivery for Miejski Zakład Komunikacji w Koninie Sp. z o. o. 4 hybrid buses, brand new, MAXI class manufactured in the year of delivery, equipped with a diesel engine and electric motor / motors, 1-section, low-floor, 11.0-112 m long, intended for public transport public transport and 2 pcs of hybrid buses, brand new, MEGA class manufactured in the year of delivery, equipped with a diesel engine and electric motor / motors, articulated, low-floor, 17.0-18.0 m long, intended for public transport city. A detailed technical description and requirements in relation to the subject of the order are included in the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Order.

The subject of the order is delivery for Miejski Zakład Komunikacji w Koninie Sp. z o. o. 4 hybrid buses, brand new, MAXI class manufactured in the year of delivery, equipped with a diesel engine and electric motor / motors, 1-section, low-floor, 11.0-112 m long, intended for public transport public transport and 2 pcs of hybrid buses, brand new, MEGA class manufactured in the year of delivery, equipped with a diesel engine and electric motor / motors, articulated, low-floor, 17.0-18.0 m long, intended for public transport city.

The subject of the contract includes the contracting authority's partial (internal) authorization or authorization for the entire vehicle to perform maintenance and repair works of the type of vehicle offered, along with training of the Employer's employees in the field of ongoing service and repair of buses (electric, mechanical and bodywork). If the Employer is not able to carry out repair work on his own, he shall contact the Contractor or the Authorized Service Station indicated by the Contractor for assistance in carrying out the repair, during the warranty period and outside this period.

The subject of the contract includes free training of the Employer's employees (drivers, electro-mechanics and technical staff employees) in the field of economic driving, servicing and repairs at a time and place agreed with the Employer.

Required warranty and warranty period.

The minimum warranty and warranty period is 24 months. Other warranty periods specified in the "warranty" assessment criterion, possibly offered by the Contractor, will apply on the basis of the offer that will be assessed as the most advantageous.

The subject of the contract includes the Contractor's guarantee to the Employer for the supply of spare parts for the buses supplied for a minimum of 15 years from the date of bus delivery. The subject of the order is implemented under the project entitled "Ecological Konin- development and promotion of low-carbon urban transport", No. RPWP.03.03.01-30-0002 / 16 for Measure 3.3 "Supporting low-carbon strategies including urban mobility", Sub-measure 3.3.1 "Investments in the field of urban transport" under Of the Wielkopolska Regional Operational Program for 2014-2020.

The buses offered must meet all the requirements set out in Polish law and standards, in particular:

a) have documents allowing their registration and operation in Poland;

b) possess, as at the day of submitting bids, a valid "Vehicle Type Approval Certificate" issued by a statutory authorized body within the meaning of the Regulation of the Minister of Transport and Maritime Economy of 25.3.2013 on the type-approval of motor vehicles and trailers and their equipment or parts ( consolidated text of the Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1475, as amended);

c) meet the requirements set out in provisions contained in section III of the Act of 20.6.1997 - Road Traffic Law (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2017, item 128, as amended);

d) meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31.12.2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (consolidated text of the Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022);

e) buses must meet the technical parameters and requirements specified by the Employer (section 11.4 of the Terms of Reference).

The contractor is obliged to:

a) provide a guarantee and warranty on the terms specified by the Employer,

b) deliver the subject of the order to the registered office of the Employer on the terms of DDP according to Incoterms 2010.
