This consultation concerns services relating to preventive measures for the preservation of palm trees. The procurement procedure used is: the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 o , R. 2131-18, R. 2132-2, R. 2132-4 to R. 2132-6, R. 2143-1 to R. 2143-2, R. 2151-1 to R. 2151-5, R . 2161-2 to R. 2161-5, R. 2161-4 of the public order code.

This framework agreement covers services relating to preventive measures for the preservation of palm trees in the municipality of Mandelieu-la-Napoule. It is a composite framework agreement:

- order forms, issued at unit prices without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount for a part of the services (one-off services), setting all the contractual stipulations and executed as and when the order forms are issued, without negotiation or reopening of competition, in accordance with the terms provided for in the framework agreement and in application of Articles L. 2125-1 1 o , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code; and

- at a global and fixed price, for another part of the services (recurring services) applying in accordance with the DPGF. The prices in the unit price schedule are contractual and apply to the quantities actually ordered and produced. The services relate to the definition of a strategy defining all the preventive measures to be applied as well as the intervention and follow-up planning. The preventive measures to be applied are:

—— mass trapping for rhynchophorus ferrugineus;

—— plant semiochemical labeling for rhynchophorus ferrugineus;

—— intelligent seismic detection for rhynchophorus ferrugineus and paysandisia archon.

For the purchase order part:

- minimum annual amount: no minimum;

- maximum annual amount: EUR 50,000 excluding tax.
