Framework contract with no financial commitment for the supply, delivery and installation of office furniture including QVT (Quality of Life at Work) specific furniture for EDF SA and some of its French subsidiaries. On the other hand, the following 3 foreign affiliates may eventually apply for the stipulation clause for others:

- EDF Energy, 40 Grosvernor Place, Victoria, London, W1X7EN, England,

- EDF Luminus, 1 Rue du Marquis, L-1000 Brussels, Belgium,

- EDF Fenice 86 via Acqui, Rivoli, Torino, Italy.

Likewise, the CCAS (Caisse centrale d'activités sociales) based at 8 rue de Rosny in Montreuil (93104), which is the works council of EDF SA but which does not have the status of a subsidiary, may apply for clause of stipulation for others.

Finally, it should be noted that the needs of these 4 last entities are marginal compared to the estimated financial volumes (a priori less than 3%).

Supply, delivery and installation of standard office furniture to know mainly: worktops, bench, meeting tables, training, bubble, pedestals, closet storage, low and high cabinets, partition screens, monitor support arm, lockers-instructions.

Supply, delivery and installation of office chairs: chairs and chairs for work and meetings.

Supply, delivery and installation of specific furniture for reception, informal spaces, catering, rest (armchairs, tables, ottomans, stools, partitions, acoustic panels, paintings, libraries, bubbles, outdoor furniture, telephone booths, bleachers. ..).
