Concluding a rental agreement for delivery, installation, installation and maintenance of (multifunctional) printing equipment.

For the contract duration of a maximum of 7 years (4 + 1 + 1 + 1) a ceiling budget for implementation of a maximum of EUR 105 000 (excluding VAT) has been determined including all prints and the delivery, installation, installation and maintenance of all required printing equipment (eea based on current and expected consumption).

The tender will largely be carried out according to the principles of performance purchasing. With this 'purchasing method' and subsequent performance of the contract, the contracting authority wants to offer maximum scope to the tenderer. Apart from a few requirements and preconditions, the solution, including risk management, is left entirely to the tenderers. The contracting authority actually transfers the lead to the contractor. Based on the BVP concept, tenderers are 'free' within the framework of the tender document to offer the best solution, at the tenderer's discretion. Through this tendering procedure, the contracting authority wants to enter into a new agreement with 1 tenderer in order to optimally implement the decentralized printing, copying and

scanning facilities that fit within the organization.
