In the Retzau district of the city of Raguhn-Jeßnitz, a fire brigade equipment house with three vehicle parking spaces is to be built for the volunteer fire brigade. The client assumes that funding will be provided. There is a preliminary plan to investigate the feasibility on the property. For the object planning of buildings, the planning services LP 3-9 and for the outdoor space planning LP 2-9 are commissioned in stages, initially only up to LP 4 approval planning. The building application is to be submitted in 05/2024, the start of construction is scheduled for 10/2024.

Lot 1: - Object planning building HOAI § 34 LP 3-9 and open space planning HOAI § 39 LP 2-9 as well as specialist engineering services for building physics and fire protection planning and consulting.

The commissioning takes place in stages, initially only up to and including work phase 4 HOAI approval planning and submission of building application. At the first stage of the procedure (application for participation), only information on property planning is required, only the 5 selected bidders for the negotiated procedure have to name the service providers for outdoor facility planning, building physics and fire protection.
