The subject of the contract is the design and transformation of a forest pond complex in the forestry of Strzybnica, division 397 cw in the "Żabi Staw" wetland area as part of the lowland lowland retention program for 2016-2022.

The implementation of the task includes in particular:

- Preparation of a construction and executive design in the scope taking into account the specificity of construction works in compliance with applicable regulations, together with obtaining a building permit

- Updating the technical specification of execution and acceptance of construction works,

- Performing author's supervision over the implementation of works

- Performance of construction works covered by the project documentation drawn up

- Recreate any damage to road infrastructure and greenery

- Preparation of as-built documentation together with geodetic inventory

- Preparation of operating instructions - the use, maintenance and servicing of the facility

- Granting a warranty for completed works in accordance with the submitted offer
