The Department of Communications, Climate Action and Environment has decided to consolidate its Dublin based offices in a new purpose designed headquarters in Beggars Bush, Dublin 4. This will involve the establishment of a new geoscience archive and data centre in Inchicore, Dublin 8 and refurbishment of the existing Beggars Bush Office Building (also known as Tom Johnson House) to NZEB Standard. To support the successful delivery of this project, OPW and the DCCAE have agreed to procure the services of a specialist change management consultant who will engage and support DCCAE and OPW during this change management process.
