Currently managed by Lakethorne via a direct and indirect (in-house team) labour force — the School is placing their Cleaning services to competitive tender and are inviting professional cleaning organisations to bid for the contract with the intention of awarding the contract following due process by 21.2.2019 with a contract start date of 1.4.2019.

Approximate building footprint:

— upper school 6 000 m2,

— lower school 11 500 m2.

Currently the school is cleaned:

— upper school 6:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m,

— lower school 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

The supervisor covers both cleaning shifts

There is also a day time assistant.

A separate optional quotation for external window cleaning will also be required.
