A new employers' policy for new Asker municipality has been decided. The policy shall provide guidelines for the working environment and HSE works. The HSE work is characterised by systematic and long-term work where the objective is to improve the working environment, strengthen the presence in work, prevent and reduce injuries and sickness absence and hinder exclusion and withdrawal from the working life.

The managers have the overall responsibility and must enable good cooperation between the parties as well as extensive involvement in the work for the working environment. The most important part of the HSE work must be carried out in the local businesses, at each workplace. Our company health service must be an important collaborator in this work.
