The metro company I/S and Hovedstadens Letbane I/S (hereinafter referred to as the Builder) have concluded framework agreements with several stakeholders in a number of subject areas.
The present offer statement relates to the field of Operation & Maintenance
Metroselskabet I/S and Hovedstadens Letbane I/S (hereinafter referred to as the Client) have entered into framework agreements with several players in a number of technical fields:
• Civil Works
• Transport systems and railway technology
• Road and Traffic
• Construction, design and execution (now reoffered as Civil Works)
• Pathway engineering and transport systems (now reoffered as Transport Systems and Pathway Engineering)
• Urban Planning and Strategic Development
• Traffic models
• Traffic and social economics
• Climate adaptation (storm river and cloud breakage)
• Landscape Architecture
• OHS
Each subject area has been offered independently EU tender.
This tender notice concerns the subject area Operation & Maintenance, where the tasks typically involve advice within one or more of the areas A) Operation & Management, B) Research and Management and C) Technical Consulting.
Through this framework agreement, an agreement can be entered into on the solution of tasks related to the subject area Operation & Maintenance.
Technical consultancy tasks (area C) in the phases before Operation & Maintenance will be procured via the above-mentioned framework agreements on technical advice or independent tenders/procurement.
The framework agreement can thus be used in connection with the Client's operation and maintenance of metro and/or light rail systems in operation, including assistance with reseacrh and strategy definition for a future EU tender for the O&M contract for metro lines M1-M2 and M3-M4 as well as assistance in carrying out the aforementioned tender.
The framework agreement can also be used for the procurement of tasks within Reseach & Management (area B) in the phases before Operation & Management.
