The contract concerns the activities of purging, wastewater recovery, to be carried out through the use of tankers or trucks equipped with a pressure pump as well as various maintenance interventions to the sewerage networks, leachate collection at treatment plants, disposal of municipal solid waste.

Also included are cleaning activities, with high-pressure jet from a tanker or lorry equipped with a pressure pump, of the equipment and machinery at waste treatment plants organics.

They are to be considered to all effects essential public services; therefore, for no reason they can be suspended or abandoned except in proven cases of force majeure. In the event of abstention from work due to a strike called by trade associations, essential services must be provided, as provided for by Law No. 146 of 15.6.1990.

SRT S.p.A. is entitled to modify the services provided.
