Freight transport of coal supplied to CEZ Skawina SA (Podbory Skawińskie) by rolling stock (owned by the Contractor or rented by the Contractor):

1. Accepting, on behalf of the Employer, wagons with loads on the delivery and receiving tracks from suppliers for the Employer in an amount of not more than three large warehouses per day. Depending on the capabilities of the Suppliers, the Purchaser will be obliged to accept loaded wagons from the Suppliers also on Saturdays and Sundays.

2. Transport of coal from mines and / or storage facilities located in Śląskie and Małopolskie voivodships.

Shunting and siding operation:

1. Performing maneuvering works with loaded and empty wagons.

During the contract period, the average annual volumes of cargo with coal and other materials (heavy fuel oil - mazut, hydrochloric acid, soda lye and others) for shunting works at the CEZ Skawina SA railway siding

Operation of the carburizing installation and sampling.

1. Scope of services - collection and unloading of supplies, feeding coal and other coal fuels (mules) to the landfill and production:

1.1. service of railway and car scales 24 hours a day on all days of the year.

1.2. providing consumables (including toners, paper, inks and spare parts) for printers,

1.3. forming and ongoing compaction of coal heaps, bulldozer protection with the operator on the side of CEZ Skawina,

1.4. servicing 2 threads of raw coal feeding to 12 boiler tanks (16 conveyors in total with belt scales and sampling-collectors),

1.5. handling of the screw feeder with a coal conveyor for feeding coal from the so-called Haller's system,

1.6. unloading flyover service, slotted bunker service with 4 coal feeders,

1.7. handling bridge handling,

1.8. service of a wagon tippler with 2 coal feeders,

1.9. loading of fine coal and silt onto coal wagons,

1.10. reloading works at the landfill.

Ongoing control of coal storage sites at the Employer's premises in terms of fire. The contractor is obliged to regularly control all landfills and eliminate inflammation. For this purpose, the Contractor must be equipped with appropriate equipment: fire hoses of appropriate length, nozzles, lances and keys for hydrants,

1.12. works (loading into the screw feeder basket, the so-called Haller conveyor system, loading into wagons, or other works e.g. related to the order around the coal heap - e.g. landslide and other work on coal storage) carried out using the loader
