An engineering design group (PGL, ARK, RIV, RIE, RIB and other advisers) shall be contracted to design a reconstruction of parts of Abildsø Nursing Home. The procurement includes the entire process from the preliminary project to the completed building/hand-over. The engineering design is divided into phases that are the preliminary project phase, the detailed engineering design phase, the contracting phase, the execution phase and the take over phase.

Abildsø Nursing Home is a nursing home in daily operation. The 1st floor consists of office space in the recessed facade. The facade shall be move out to the existing wall life, and 11 new nursing home rooms shall be established with associated facilities. In addition new stairs shall be established over 3 floors. The combined area is approx. 800 m2. Please refer to the performance description in Annex 1 for a more detailed description of the scope of the work and the planned progress.
