Service for the collection and management of waste, organic and bulky fractions of municipal waste in the municipality of La Roca del Vallès

1) The purpose of this contract is the provision of the following services, in accordance with the specifications set out in the Technical Specifications of this tender:

- Collection and transport to the facilities for the management of organic fractions and other municipal waste deposited in containers located in the supply areas located on public roads.

- Collection and transport to bulky waste management facilities, with the conditions described in the Specification of Special Administrative Clauses.

- Maintenance, repair and/or replacement of deteriorating containers.

- Periodic cleaning of containers, with the frequencies and characteristics described in the Specifications of Special Administrative Clauses.

- Disposal of containers in the warehouse of the municipal works and services brigade and collection and transport to the mainly bulky waste management facilities deposited in them,

- Disposal of extraordinary containers on the occasion of special festive, cultural, sporting or other events, and collection and transport to the waste management facilities deposited therein.

- Implementation of a service management system and a global positioning system for vehicles and operating software, with the characteristics described in the Specifications of Special Administrative Clauses.

- Making available to the contract of technical human resources for the preparation of documents and carrying out actions, with the conditions described in the Specifications of Special Administrative Clauses.

- The disposal, repair, maintenance and maintenance of the vehicles and machinery necessary to carry out the services.
